What: Possible: Low cost healthcare in rural Nepal
Where: Nepal
How: In April 2015, a series of earthquakes devastated Nepal. The Possible team has since begun to rebuild the healthcare system through an innovative public-private partnership they've developed with Nepal's government—a model they implemented upon their founding in 2008.

Adepeju Jaiyeoba, 29

What: Mother’s delivery kit, Nigeria
Where: Nigeria
How: As a result of participating in WISH, Adepeju expanded her work to other communities in Nigeria and is currently selling her Mother’s Delivery Kit in 30 out of 36 Nigerian states as well as in Ghana, totaling approximately 100,000 sales.

Anwar Almojarkesh, 26

What: ‘Braci’: A smart hearing device
Where: Syria
How: Anwar is focused on building upon his innovation in the field of hearing impaired devices. He also has a passion for speaking at events such as the 2015 WISH Summit and TEDx, in order to inspire Arab youth to come up with creative solutions to the world’s problems.

Joycelyn Brown, 25

What: Pumani bCPAP: Respiratory Device
Where: Malawi
How: As a student, she first developed the Pumani prototype, along with a team of bioengineers, pediatricians and nurses in Malawi which was displayed at the WISH 2015 conference. The Pumani has received the CE Mark and has now been distributed in over 20 countries worldwide, including 12 African countries.
